I have tried a few of them except for beans because for some reason beans don't agree with my digestion. My favorite is apple with almond butter, or if I run out I use just plain peanut butter. Apple is good for digestion and almond/peanut butter, contrary to common belief, brings so many health benefits. The oatmeal and the toast are just too heavy for an evening snack. Experts recommend to stop from eating at 7 pm or 8 pm because the food you eat after that would turn into fat. Plus, it is really hard to digest food when eaten late at night.
